MPILI MATTRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
YOUR NEW MPILI M PREMIUM COLLECTION MATTRESS [MPRIME, MEVOLUTION] IS COVERED BY A 10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, WHILE THE MPILI COLLECTION MATTRESS [MPILI 12, MPILI 12 LITE, MPILI 8, MPILI 12 ARCTIC BREEZE, MPILI 12 ROYAL COMFORT, MPILI 12 IMPERIAL, MPILI 8 ICE TOUCH] ARE COVERED BY A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (THE LIMITED WARRANTY).

This Limited Mattress Warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of any MPILI mattress. The original consumer purchaser for purposes of this Limited Mattress Warranty is the first purchaser of the mattress from MPILI Inc. (MPILI) or one of its authorized retailers in Canada. You must provide a copy of the original receipt as your proof of purchase, or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price. This Limited Mattress Warranty cannot be assigned.

MPILI warrants the mattress sold to you in its original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship described below (“Defects”) for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase of your mattress MPRIME or MEVOLUTION, and for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase of your MPILI 12 or MPILI 12 LITE mattress, provided that the mattress has been normally used for its intended purpose and on a basis of bed that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and user(s). There may be a tolerance of up to ±2 centimeters (0.8 in) in the measurements shown and the size of the mattress itself.

From the initial date of purchase of your MPILI mattress until the end of the term of the Limited Warranty of the mattress purchased, if your mattress has a defect covered by this Limited Mattress Warranty, we will offer you a single replacement or only repair. This includes all parts of the mattress. There are no required fees or applicable deductibles.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: After the first 20 years, for MPILI Collection mattresses specified above, if a covered defect occurs, the customer will pay 50% of the cost of replacing the defective layer. This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.

If the warranty claim occurs during your one hundred (120) night trial period (from the date of original purchase of your mattress), the trial period will be interrupted while the replacement mattress is shipped and The trial period will resume upon delivery of the MPILI replacement mattress.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to mattresses sold on clearance. For these mattresses, a 30-day warranty is offered.

COVERAGE OF THIS WARRANTY
What is covered
Degradation, causing the product to have a visible indentation of more than three-quarters (0.75) inch, not associated with improper use.
Any physical defect in the product resulting in the foam cracking or splitting, despite normal use and proper handling.
Any defects or defects in the zipper of the product cover (for MPILI mattress only). MPILI may decide to repair or replace the cover.
What is not covered
A slight change in fabric color after prolonged exposure to light or long-term use.
Comfort, height or aesthetic preferences.
A normal softening of foam after long-term use.
Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid or moisture damage resulting from customer use or its environment.
Normal wear and tear resulting from cleaning/washing and normal use.
Any damage or tears to the handles caused by the customer (for MPILI hybrid mattress only).
Any problem if one or more modifications have been made to the product.
Transport damage after initial delivery.
A product sold by an unauthorized retailer or a product sold in any way as a "used" product or under any other similar wording indicating that the product is not "new".
Damage due to the use of an inappropriate base. The mattress should not be placed directly on the floor, but rather on an adequate raised base that provides support across the entire underside of the mattress and is free of any spacing greater than 3 inches.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
If you notice a defect, contact MPILI at the telephone number listed at the end of this Limited Mattress Warranty. You must provide, during the term of this Limited Mattress Warranty, proof of purchase (including date and purchase), and you must be the original consumer purchaser. Proof of the defect (pictures are required) and any claims should be sent to the address listed at the end of this Limited Mattress Warranty. MPILI has the right to verify your claim by sending a foam expert representative to inspect the mattress at your residence. In order to benefit from this Limited Mattress Warranty, you must return your mattress or mattress cover to MPILI within the term of this Limited Mattress Warranty.

EXCHANGE POLICY
During the one hundred and twenty (120) night trial period, if a buyer chooses to change the MPILI mattress to a different size, they may do so once, paying the difference between the cost of the original product and the cost replacement product, if applicable. In the event of such an exchange, a new Limited Mattress Warranty will be issued for the exchanged product for the remaining period of the original Mattress Limited Warranty. Such replacement is subject to the same Limited Mattress Warranty as the original mattress.

DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the mattress is provided "as is" and this Limited Mattress Warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and are in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as provided in this Limited Mattress Warranty, MPILI or its suppliers shall in no event be liable for the purchase of replacement products or other special, incidental, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to the mattress or its use by you or any third party. Where applicable, MPILI's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the mattress.

APPLICABLE LAW
This Limited Mattress Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
