Delivery and return
All our mattresses are delivered in a box to facilitate their transport. Shipping is free in the 10 Canadian provinces and the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Charges may apply for other regions in North America and elsewhere in the world.
120-day trial
We hope your new mattress will help you fall asleep quickly. The adjusting time is about 30 days for a new mattress. However, you can try it for 120 days. If it doesn't meet your needs, don't worry, we'll take it back, pack it up and refund you.

Warranty
MPILI mattresses are designed with high quality materials. Sleep easy knowing you will have your MPILI mattress for a long time.
In case something goes wrong, we offer a 20-year warranty on MPILI 12 mattresses and 10 years on our other mattresses.*
