Pillows Warranty

Every customer receives a 3-year limited warranty on any MPILO pillow purchased directly from If, within 3 years of purchase, your MPILO has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we undertake to replace the original product purchased with a product of the same size or to repair it, once. This includes all components of the product. No fees or deductibles will apply. Collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement product will be carried out by MPILI, at no cost to the customer. If the warranty claim occurs during your 60-night trial period, the trial period will be suspended while the replacement product is shipped, and then continue upon delivery.


What is covered

Any defects or defects in the zipper of the product cover. MPILI may decide to repair or replace the cover.

Any physical defect in the product despite normal use and proper handling.

What is not covered

A slight change in fabric color after prolonged exposure to light or long-term use.

Comfort, height or aesthetic preferences.

Shipping damage after initial delivery.

Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid or moisture damage resulting from customer use or its environment.

Normal wear and tear resulting from cleaning/washing and normal use.

Any problem if one or more modifications have been made to the product.

A product sold by an unauthorized retailer or a product sold in any way as a "used" product or under any other similar wording indicating that the product is not "new".


The original purchaser of an MPILO pillow is entitled to warranty coverage for that product for the duration specified, while located in Canada or the contiguous United States. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is valid only for the period during which the product belongs to the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from or from MPILI's authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Photos, lot number (indicated on the product) and original proof of purchase may be required for warranty claim purposes in order to identify and assess the problem at hand.


Except as provided above, MPILI will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser's product of an MPILO pillow if the product is found to be defective during the term of this limited warranty. 3 years old. No new warranty will be provided with the replacement product. Delivery of replacement product is available in Canada and the contiguous United States only.

The warranty claim approval process is at the sole discretion of MPILI, and not the customer's interpretation of our warranty policy.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pillow is provided “as is” and this MPILO Pillows Limited Warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and are in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as provided in this limited warranty, MPILI or its suppliers shall not be liable for the purchase of replacement products or other special, incidental, consequential or incidental arising out of or relating to the pillow or its use by you or any third party. Where applicable, MPILI's total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the pillow.


This Limited Warranty for MPILO Pillows shall be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
