MPILI MATTRESSES LIMITED WARRANTY

YOUR MATTRESS FROM THE MPILI™ AND MPILI ICONIQUE™ COLLECTIONS IS COVERED BY A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
MATTRESSES FROM THE M™ COLLECTION ARE COVERED BY A 10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
 

GENERAL TERMS

This Limited Mattress Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, defined as the first buyer of the mattress from MPILI Inc. or an authorized retailer in Canada. It is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased:

  • "As is," second-hand, or liquidation items.

  • From unauthorized retailers.

  • On online resale platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, etc.).

To be eligible for this warranty, a valid proof of purchase is required, including:

  • The date, place, and price of purchase.

  • The name of the authorized retailer.

NO RECEIPT, NO WARRANTY!
 

DEFINITIONS

Original Purchaser: A person or entity who has purchased a new mattress from MPILI or an authorized retailer for personal use, excluding any purchase for commercial, industrial, or resale purposes.

Authorized Retailer: A seller officially recognized by MPILI to distribute its products.

Product: Any MPILI mattress from the MPILI™, MPILI Iconique™, or M™ collections, sold new by an authorized retailer.
 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Limited Lifetime Warranty (MPILI™ and MPILI Iconique™ collections):
Mattresses are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years.
After the first 20 years, if a covered defect occurs, the purchaser will be required to pay 50% of the replacement cost for the defective layer.
 

10-Year Limited Warranty (M™ collection):
M™ collection mattresses are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years, provided the mattress is used on a compliant base.
 

USAGE CONDITIONS

To validate this warranty, the mattress must be used on a compliant base:

  • Structurally solid and adequate, of the correct size, equipped with a sturdy central support for Queen and King sizes, and capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and its users.

Any use on an inadequate base (including box springs or frames not recommended by MPILI) may void this warranty.
 

REFUND, REPLACEMENT, OR REPAIR

In the event of a covered defect, MPILI offers:

  • Replacement or repair free of charge during the applicable warranty period.

  • Each product is eligible for only one free replacement or repair under this warranty.

  • For modular mattresses, this repair or replacement may be limited to the defective layer only.

Transportation Costs: Transportation costs associated with repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser.

MPILI reserves the right to determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

What is covered

  • A visible indentation greater than three-quarters (0.75) of an inch (1.9 cm), not associated with improper use.
     

  • Any physical defect in the product resulting in cracking or splitting of the foam, under normal use and proper handling.
     

  • Any defect or malfunction of the zipper on the product’s cover (applicable only to MPILI™ and MPILI Iconique™ collections). MPILI reserves the right to repair or replace the cover.

What is not covered

  • Minor changes in fabric color due to prolonged exposure to light or normal use.
     

  • Preferences regarding comfort, height, or aesthetic appearance.
     

  • Normal softening of the foam over time.
     

  • Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or damage caused by improper maintenance, improper cleaning, liquids, excessive humidity, or an inadequate base.
     

  • Damage due to improper use or cleaning.
     

  • Damage or modifications made by the customer, or resulting from transportation after initial delivery.
     

  • Products sold by unauthorized retailers or as "used" products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the event of a covered defect, the purchaser must:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase (including the date, place, and price of purchase).

  • Provide visual proof of the defect (photos clearly showing the issue).

  • Provide proof of the base used, if required.

  • Submit any claim within 30 days of discovering the defect.

To file a claim, contact MPILI Inc. at support@mpili.com for further instructions. MPILI reserves the right to send an expert to inspect the mattress on-site.
 

DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MPILI and its suppliers shall not be liable for:

  • The purchase of replacement products not covered by this warranty.

  • Any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from or related to the use of the mattress.

MPILI’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the mattress. This Limited Warranty constitutes your exclusive warranty and replaces any other warranty or condition, express or implied.
 

APPLICABLE LAW

This Limited Mattress Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
